I had my car serviced at Toyota Richmond today and I'm genuinely impressed.
The customer experience is meticulously planned.
It starts with a warm welcome and a dedicated parking space in the garage, which is very much appreciated.
Inside, the staff is fantastic, and we were offered coffee and other thoughtful touches. I especially loved the modern touch of the text message follow-up, which also included the Wi-Fi code. It's simple, efficient, and shows a real commitment to the customer.
